Ok everyone week 2 of #countertopyoga 😁 You all blew me away with last week’s photos! This is pigeon prep, but you can do any stretch that you are comfortable with. Full pigeon, pigeon prep, splits, half split, janu sirsasana, dandasana, whatever feels good for you this week!
