Pose for week 3 of the #countertopyoga is Vashistasana (side plank). Here I’m doing a modified version with my forearm down instead of my hand. You can also take your top foot and place it on the counter in front of your thigh for a “kickstand” for added balance/support ❀️ all clothes by our sponsor @lmmdi ❀️ remember to take your profiles off of private and use #countertopyoga πŸ˜› good luck!!!

Ok everyone week 2 of #countertopyoga 😁 You all blew me away with last week’s photos! This is pigeon prep, but you can do any stretch that you are comfortable with. Full pigeon, pigeon prep, splits, half split, janu sirsasana, dandasana, whatever feels good for you this week!
